We value all feedback from our clients, but I must address some inaccuracies in your statements. Most of my clients know that I don’t braid tight, my work is neat, I ensure each client love their hair before leaving. You booked an appointment the night before & I promptly asked if you could come in earlier so I could finish your hair before my next client. You agreed to this change. I clarified that while I offer extensions, I don’t supply human hair. When you asked for bora bora braids, I explained that they require more time &cost more. You chose to stick with the original service.You brought a pack of curly hair & I worked with it as best I could. Due to multiple errors on the Booksy app from your end, I collected the remaining balance in cash, which aligns with Booksy policy. After completing your hair, you expressed satisfaction, even tipping $54. However, 3days later, you requested a $91 refund, claiming you had overpaid which you didn't , you just wanted to get some money from me & you were mad that I asked you to send screenshot of the transaction in order to clarify . Despite how rude you were, I returned the (tip). You blocked me & left a negative review. yes i am Nigerian & proud but i will never speak ill of my clients . Regarding my assistant, she is a 16-year-old learning the trade, which is entirely legal and beneficial for her development. Thank you for choosing MacsBraiding. I understand that you were dissatisfied with your recent appointment, and I would like to address your concerns.Firstly, you requested a reschedule less than two hours before your appointment, which I accommodated without any additional charges. However, you did not inform me that your hair was short and had a blunt, uneven cut. Additionally, you dyed your hair a few hours before the appointment, which made it challenging to grip. Despite this, I parted your braids smaller than the reference picture you provided to ensure they would last longer and not fall out, and I extended them to butt-length, all without asking for extra payment.When you contacted me about one braid falling out, I offered to re-braid it at no extra charge. Instead, you requested a refund for the single braid, which I believe fell out due to the short and uneven nature of your hair, not due to any fault in my work. You also mentioned running late for another appointment, and I suggested you return later. You returned hours later, citing traffic as the reason for the delay.I made every effort to accommodate your needs and provide a satisfactory service.
